Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase and love our fabulous fashion finds as much as we do.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to receive a store credit.  Please note we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please follow these simple steps should you need to return your item(s) for a store credit.

  • Any returned items must be postmarked to be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of delivery of your purchase.
  • No explanation is needed.  Simply email us at with your name and order number to let us know you are returning your order.
  • Mail your item(s) to be returned to:

  • All returns must be in their original packaging with their tags still attached; with no signs of wear. Swimwear must still have protective liners on the inside of the bottoms and shoes must be in original packaging with no signs of wear. 
  • Once we have received your return, we will begin processing your return. We will email you with your store credit equal to the amount of your original purchase within five business days from the time the return is received. Please note all all conditions stated above must be met to receive a full store credit.  Please note we cannot refund you the cost to return the item.  
  • Please note handmade bath products and made-to-order items from our Custom Creations are not eligible for return.
